SOMY Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SOMY purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we’re here to help.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank—there may be processing delays.

If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at returns@somy.ie.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a faulty product for the same item, email us at returns@somy.ie and we’ll guide you through the process.

Shipping

To return a product, please email returns@somy.ie to initiate the return process.

  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanges may vary.
